Amendment to U.S. Constitution: President Nominates Hagel, Israel Lobby Gives 'Advise and Consent', Not U.S. Senate'

The greatest and most unforgivable sin against Democracy is when a powerful minority of a minority rules over a majority of apathetic citizenry.

No greater example in the history of mankind exists then the current state of a small Jewish American minority, albeit a minority of the minority Jewish population, so dominates and hijacks the will and voice of the American majority for the sake of a foreign nation, Israel.

A Case Study to illustrate the shackling of a nation by a powerful minority. The nomination of Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense.

President Obama nominated Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense on January 7, 2013.

For weeks prior to his nomination the “Jewish Lobby” fearful of Senator Hagel’s forthrightness, independence of thought, and his unwillingness to join the Jewish run cowardly Congress to implement and adopt anything Israel and AIPAC demands of it, launched the usual libel attacks, smears, character assassination, and the ultimate weapon of choice, calling him an “Anti-Semite.”

The Lobby did not want to see a Secretary of Defense who will actually study and analyze military issues and affairs from the standpoint of America’s interests, not Israel’s. Hagel would not automatically accept Israel’s lies and fabrications to support an all out war on Iran, a war that will cost American lives and dollars, not Israeli lives Hagel is a thoughtful man, a soldier of the Vietnam War who knows first hand the wounds of a shrapnel, the wounds inflicted on the Vietnamese, and the wounds incurred by the United States.

The Lobby wants a yes man who will unquestionably take America into a third war in the Muslim world, a war against Iran that is unjustified, without merit or reason, and would plunge the entire region and perhaps the world into the dark abyss of unpredictable devastation that can only have disastrous blowbacks to the U.S. in its political, military, and economic interests in the oil rich region at a time when the U.S. can’t even pay its debts or feed its children. And for what? Israel says so.

Some of Hagel’s statements that inflamed the extremely sensitive souls of the Jewish Lobby appeared in Aaron David Miller’s book, “The Much Too Promised Land:”

"This is an institution that does not inherently bring out a great deal of courage," Hagel continued. "Most of the time members play it safe and adopt an 'I’ll support Israel' attitude. AIPAC comes knocking with a pro-Israel letter, and 'then you’ll get 80 to 90 senators on it. I don’t think I’ve ever signed one of the letters.'

"‘I didn’t sign the letter because it was a stupid letter….The Jewish lobby intimidates a lot of people up here (Congress), but, "I'm a United States senator. I'm not an Israeli senator."

For added measure and cover, the “Jewish Lobby” hijacked and harnessed the issue of an anti-Gay remark Hagel made nearly 15 years regarding the nomination of a gay Ambassador to Luxemburg.

In short, the Jewish Lobby opposes Hagel because they allege he’s not Jewish or Israeli friendly, not an Iran warmonger, and anti-Gay.

Given that the Jewish Lobby failed to stop Hagel’s nomination they are turning to their Constitutional power, the power to “Advise and Consent” on Presidential nominees manifested in the American Knesset, or as it is known, Congress.

“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”

According to the Amended U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2, passed unanimously by both houses of Congress on May 15, 1948 (Founding of Israel) and ratified by all fifty States now reads:

“He (The President” shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate Israel Lobby to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate Israel Lobby, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court,..”

Hagel knows he won’t be confirmed by the Jewish Lobby/Senate unless he throws himself at the mercy of powerful Jewish Americans in and out of government began an “apology and clarification” tour to Jewish American organizations and Jewish Senators who possess the power to confirm or deny Hagel’s nomination.

How embarrassing would it be for Hagel, a former Senator himself, and for President Obama if the Jewish Lobby defeats his confirmation and once again sends the message to all future governmental nominees—Bow to Israel or seek Unemployment benefits.

Thus Hagel with Vice President Biden acting as a friendly “I Am A Zionist” chaperone met with the major powerful Jewish Organizations in the White House that included leaders from the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, and of course mighty AIPAC.

The Hill reported receiving the email below from an official working on Hagel’s confirmation describing Hagel’s meeting with the Jewish leaders. (“Hagel Meets with Jewish Leaders”, January 22, 2013)

“Senator Hagel met with the leadership of several major American Jewish organizations at the White House as a part of his ongoing outreach….He discussed his commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship, including his determination to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, to maintaining Israel’s Qualitative Military Edge, and to sustaining the Obama Administration’s unprecedented security cooperation with Israel. He appreciated the opportunity to have a constructive, informed and wide-ranging discussion."

At no time in American history has the U.S. Government been so fearful, intimidated, and cowed to seek the approval and support of one small but powerful religious group, American Jews, in order to conduct its business or formulate and implement its domestic or foreign policy.

No other American ethnic, religious, racial or gender group or lobby has ever been given such a decisive role in American politics. Only Jews wield such unlimited power.

UnbelievableAmericans where are you? Your country is crying for help, for freedom from the grip and power of a minority group who use you to pay and die for Israel.

“A little group of willful men, representing no opinion but their own, have rendered the great government of the United States helpless and contemptible”.

Hagel then began visiting Senators expressing his love of Israel, Jews, Judaism, Kreplach, and the “Israeli, not Jewish Lobby.”

His most important meeting was with Senator Chuck Schumer, Jewish, (D-NY), the second most powerful man in the Senate and a staunch rabid supporter of anything Israel. His support would give cover to the cowardly Democratic Senators, and some Republicans, to vote for Hagel without incurring the wrath of those who placed a Yarmulke on the Dome of Congress.

“When Senator Hagel’s name first surfaced as a potential nominee for Secretary of Defense, I had genuine concerns over certain aspects of his record on Israel and Iran.

Based on several key assurances provided by Senator Hagel, I am currently prepared to vote for his confirmation. I encourage my Senate colleagues who have shared my previous concerns to also support him.

In our meeting Monday, Senator Hagel clarified a number of his past statements and positions and elaborated on several others.

On Iran, Senator Hagel rejected a strategy of containment and expressed the need to keep all options on the table in confronting that country. But he didn’t stop there. In our conversation, Senator Hagel made a crystal-clear promise that he would do “whatever it takes” to stop Tehran from obtaining nuclear weapons, including the use of military force.

He said his “top priority” as Secretary of Defense would be the planning of military contingencies related to Iran. He added that he has already received a briefing from the Pentagon on this topic.

On Hezbollah, Senator Hagel stressed that—notwithstanding any letters he refused to sign in the past—he has always considered the group to be a terrorist organization.

On Hamas, I asked Senator Hagel about a letter he signed in March 2009 urging President Obama to open direct talks with that group’s leaders.

In response, Senator Hagel assured me that he today believes there should be no negotiations with Hamas, Hezbollah or any other terrorist group until they renounce violence and recognize Israel’s right to exist.

Senator Hagel volunteered that he has always supported Israel’s right to retaliate militarily in the face of terrorist attacks by Hezbollah or Hamas. He understood the predicament Israel is in when terrorist groups hide rocket launchers among civilian populations and stage attacks from there. He supported Israel’s right to defend herself even in those difficult circumstances. In keeping with our promises to help equip Israel, Senator Hagel pledged to work towards the on-time delivery of the F-35 joint strike fighters to Israel, continue the cooperation between Israel and the U.S. on Iron Dome, and recommend to the President that we refuse to join in any NATO exercises if Turkey should continue to insist on excluding Israel from them. Senator Hagel believes Israel must maintain its Qualitative Military Edge.”

In effect, Hagel imbibed, adopted, and swallowed Israel’s laundry list of demands.

Notice the arrogance of power, the pure loyalty of an American Senator to a foreign nation, Israel. His demand that American taxpayers continue to send their money and weapons to Israel despite the enormity of the nation’s debt and deficits. The intimidation and extraction of “promises”, “assurances”, and “pledges”, to serve Israel, not the United States of America.

There is not one single issue in the entire statement that deals with America’s national interests and its diplomatic and military relations with the rest of the entire world, the military budget and defense cuts, or the ongoing war in Afghanistan, nor anything dealing with world and regional conflicts that can erupt and engulf the world in a potential World War III, such as the China-Japan strife, the Kashmir conflict between two nuclear powers, India and Pakistan, the constant threat of war using nuclear weapons in the Korean Peninsula-, the civil wars in Syria, Mali, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, the Mexican drug war, China’s incursion into Africa, a Russian threat, the status of NATO, and what to do with base closings, or the over 1000 military bases around the world at a time of budget cuts.

NOTHING BUT ISRAEL is the concern of Jewish Americans in and out of government, the rest of the world can go to hell.

What will the Jews and Israel think is the first question every American politician asks before he/she dares to speak.

Hagel’s groveling tour to American Jews begging for their stamp of approval, especially by Senators Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein, Carl Levin, and Barbara Box (all Jews) may just get him confirmed.

But at what cost. Hagel lost and sold his soul, honor, dignity, self respect, courage, and principles to a powerful minority to secure a government job. Sure he maybe following Obama’s orders, another spineless official when it comes to Israel, to do what it takes to be confirmed and after that to perhaps serve America’s national interests, not Israel’s. So this all could be a game, a ploy, a means to justify the end.

I don’t think so. Given Obama’s and soon to be Secretary of State John Kerry’s total enslavement to the Jewish Lobby Hagel will have to conform or leave.

Given that Hagel will face enormous budget cuts in the defense budget he’ll need Jewish support in Congress to fight for some programs and Senator Carl Levin, Jewish, is Chair of the Armed Services Committee.

We can always hope Senator Hagel recovers his moral and patriotic compass and find the courage to stand up to the Jewish Lobby. ‘Anyone who has is collecting unemployment or retirement benefits.

The government, which was designed for the people, has got into the hands of the bosses and their employers, the special interests. An invisible empire has been set up above the forms of democracy.”

Israel can certainly enjoy its power for the time being but it’s living on borrowed time and clock is ticking.
