(SALEM, Ore.) - General Yoav Mordechai, the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), in an informal (closet) meeting with Hebron Businessmen has invited them to participate in a meeting being held in port city of Ashdod in the occupied territories of 1948.

By giving economic privileges to Hebron Businessmen, it is speculated that Mordechai aims to provoke them and use their abilities against the Third Intifada.

Hebron city is the main center of the Third Intifada known as the Quds Intifada and Ashdod is the landing port for Palestinian merchants to transfer commodities to the Palestinian territories.
