(OCCUPIED PALESTINE) - The commercial and economic center of the West Bank region is facing a serious financial crisis due to the recent intifada, according to a report by Yediot Ahronot.

The report with an emphasis on a 50% reduction in commercial revenue in the West Bank quoted the owner of a restaurant, Alun Shabbat, saying, "No one visits Jerusalem, large companies prefer to hold their ceremonies in Tel Aviv.

"Netanyahu does not pay heed to our suffering from security problems. It is we who have to pay for the conditions & situations he created. I have 200 workers in my restaurants. My collapse will lead to the collapse of 200 families."

Also Einav Bar, member of the City Council, has requested the immediate assistance of the Prime Minister for the current economic conditions.
