CNN Drops the Bomb on Bush- World's Worst War Criminal

Iraq is nothing but one great big crime scene.

(SALEM) - CNN has revealed (not that most people will drop from shock) that President Bush and his teammates issued 935 false statements to the U.S. public about the security risk posed by Iraq in the two years following 9/11. The information evolves from a study released Tuesday by two nonprofit journalism groups.

"In short, the Bush administration led the nation to war on the basis of erroneous information that it methodically propagated and that culminated in military action against Iraq on March 19, 2003," reads an overview of the examination, conducted by the Center for Public Integrity and its affiliated group, the Fund for Independence in Journalism.

Salem-News.com writer John McCarthy sent this bombshell to our newsroom a few minutes ago proving so much of what Americans with their heads on straight have always believed, there was hardly a shred of truth in anything Bush said.

Oh but the right-wing conservatives will get in their luxury cars today and talk condescendingly about CNN calling it a "leftist" group and "Marxist" for having released this set of highly researched facts that pin the tail right on this elephant. As they do this, mothers will hide their children in Afghanistan and Libya and wherever else the U.S. bombs fall on this particular day, ending lives and destroying dreams.

While ma' gits her hair done.

We always find it interesting how those who lean to the right tend to describe their animosity for CNN while so much of FOX News is purely crafted to appeal to the wishes of warmongers. Today CNN sings a song of truth, let the rabid bastards who think killing people is a game talk, nothing they say matters anyway.

Also, remember that Bradley Manning is rotting away in custody thanks to these lies, the Americans have lost their way, hell they've lost their souls for the last time I'm afraid. Bush belongs in handcuffs and shackles.

to anon at 6:12..Do you know how many UN resolutions there are against israel? You should look it up. I think its now getting close to triple digits. Just thought I'd let ya know. And yet again, bush and cheney had nothing to do with the gulf of tonkin, nor the USS liberty, which yet again shows I am correct about an elite group (bankers/illuminati/etc) that run this country. Presidents are no more than puppets, and if you backtalk as JFK did they will blow your head off in broad daylight so the entire world can see. Canada follows the rules of the queen for the most part, so they are pretty much left alone except indoctrinated health care and indoctrinated education and taxes. Canada will die when the dollar dies, which is soon. And canadians, dont blame the U.S. You have some type of government that could have stopped this but is going right along. I remember a good friend, but he started doing things that I thought could get us into trouble etc. I ended my friendship. He ended up getting in trouble, and I ended up doiong well. Dont blame the "other guy"

What do you mean Alberta is gullible?

DJ: Poliitically, the people of Alberta are incredibly gullible. As a second generation Albertan I've seen it up close.

Horse to water scenario who believe Ritter was set-up. He even admitted guilt in a plea bargain to reduce his sentence. He has a long pedophile history, and many victims. Read Tom Brokaw's account on seeing Yellow Cake and Saddam's convincing claim about having WMD's. Also talk to the dead Kurds to see if they believe he had WMD's. Some of you are so misguided and full of hate that you can not make observations of clear facts available. When they counter your pre-suppositions, you just close down the critical thinking skills, if you even had them to begin with. The real devil's work is the propaganda that myopic ignorance promulgates. Seems that Obama is the cat you would want illuminated for his behavior. Then we have Eric Holder, my God, look at that banana republic character...Watch Obama pardon him and hundreds if not thousands this upcoming December before he gets the boot. And you better pray he does get defeated, otherwise the useful idiots will be fish bait. It's the marxist way. Watch the lies continue about the unemploment rate. Remember there are millions no longer in the hunt for jobs because they have given up, so the Dept. of Labor gets creative with the unemployment rate. Under Bush prior to the dem takeover in 2007, the rate was around 5%. When you have the lies coming from your leaders, whether Bush or Obama, they must be addressed in a timely manner. Who currently provides a clear and present danger? Bush does not impact policy, so who does now?You deal with the immediate to get some kind of stability, then go after who you think needs prosecution. Bush will never be prosecuted, nor was LBJ or any other president.

Editor: I have news for you, people are forced to plea bargain when dealing with crooked authorities bent on political motivations.

Much of what CNN has reported was known to the American voters, if that is, they were paying attention. Yet, Bush was re-elected. One thing is for sure, you should never underestimate the power of stupid people, especially in large groups. Given the GOP primary race, it is also clear that you can't fix stupidity. By the way, Hans Blix the head of the United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission from March 2000 to June 2003, searched Iraq for WMD, ultimately finding none.

Daniel.. Education would certainly be a factor in bringing this nation toward an understanding of real world issues. It may be a leading factor in reversing generations of voduo fear reaction toward right wing, left wing and liberal mongering. Being a TV reared nation, it is expected that the national response answers to the loudest commercial. When that commercial was yellow cake uranium, voiced every 4-6 minutes throughout the days and weeks, it was inevitable that the great mass who to this day could not explain in any minor way what yellow cake refers to, would sink their teeth into it and cause its name to reverberate through dinners and waterings at the nearest hole where, taking on a life of its own, became a rallying cry for destroying a nation we had, just a few short years prior, subsidized as one of our best allies. Old saying, "Insanity comes cheaper in a can". Bush/Cheney were advertisers, yes.. but it was also their campaign and they would, in the end, benefit in the billions of $$ due to its success.

Anonymous, once again, brings nothing to the table aside from giving us all another glance of what a narcissist experiences when, believing in his own superiority, finds his words, however vacuous, on a web page (or public toilet wall).

I didn't know CNN was still on the air. Who watches them anyway? Ditto for msnbc?

Tim King: It's hard to see when you keep your head stuck way up your rear what did you expect?

Tim what you should review is what was said by democratic senators and representatives on the record in congress before (1990's) and after Bush was elected about Iraq having WMD's and preparing for war. Also how many UN resolutions were there, 18? Now that is the real deal, and most are in video.

Tim King: Yup, and every time an evil bastard like Bush gets in power the others forget everything they know and follow because he was loud, powerful and aggressive.  Countries that abstained like France were crucified.  And now we learn that Bush lied to the public 945 times in order to justify Iraq.  Bush and his supporters are  responsible for everyone's downfall, we can never recover from it.

Hey remember Scott Ritter, well that pedophile is in prison and it was claimed that Saddam had evidence and manipulaled him. Appears he did. I guess they will be debating this for years, as also the uninformed still relay intense confusion about Vietnam. In both cases you have witnesses and dead victims. The Boat People and the Kurds certainly make ribbons out of most allegations. Seems that are main worry should be Obama and Iran, neither can be trusted, as any reasonable thinking person can easily deduct.

Tim King: I don't believe a word they say about Ritter, what an obvious trail this is, his truthful accounts put him out of favor with Bush, then when he really spoke  up they framed him.  There are real problems for people who have the balls to stand up for what is right, rather than take the tact you follow.  Whistleblower retaliation is the devil's work..

Daniel Johnson February 3, 2012 5:32 pm (Pacific time)

I don't blame the Bush/Cheny cabal so much as I blame the American people as a whole who have proven time and again to be among the most politically gullible in the world--even more so than the people of Alberta, and that's saying something.
