American Red Cross - Oregon Trail Chapter: For the sixth night in a row, Red Cross Emergency Warming Centers will be OPEN at the Estate Hotel (225 NW Couch) and Portland Foursquare Church (1303 SE Ankeny). OSU Food Innovation Center: There will be a 2 hr. delay in the opening of the Food Innovation Center for Thursday, Dec. 18. Salem Health: Salem Regional Rehabilitation Center will close its outpatient services at 2 p.m. today. Salem Cancer Institute has canceled all classes and support groups for the week of Dec. 15. Call 503-562-4321 with questions. Salem Hospital has canceled the following classes for Saturday, Dec. 20: Baby Massage, Big Brother Big Sister and Car Seat Safety Clinic. Oregon Dept. of Human Services: All DHS offices in Hood River, The Dalles and Condon will close at noon today (Friday, Dec. 19) due to weather-related hazardous conditions in the Columbia Gorge and surrounding area.

Closure Notice: DEQ Testing Stations CLOSED Saturday Snow and ice warnings prompt closure Due to anticipated snow and icy conditions on Saturday, DEQ's vehicle inspection stations will be closed. Stations in the Portland metro area should resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, Dec. 23rd. These stations are normally closed Sunday and Monday. OR Appellate Cts., Tax Ct. & State Court Admin. Office: Because of the weather and hazardous travel conditions, both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals have rescheduled oral arguments scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. Appellate Courts Records Section is contacting parties to let them know.

ODOT advises drivers to use traction control devices on northern U.S. 101 as needed. Slippery conditions are causing travel difficulties between Manzanita and north of Gearhart.

ODOT Region 2: NORTHERN OREGON COAST – Conditions on U.S. 101 have caused vehicles to lose traction. Drivers are strongly advised to use traction control devices as needed, avoid traveling or take public transit. U.S. 101 is closed north of its intersection with Oregon 18, three miles South of Neskowin. Slippery conditions have also caused vehicles to lose traction three miles south of Seaside, where crews are also clearing a crash scene. Use alternate routes, and expect delays. SPRINGFIELD - Motorists driving on Highway 126 East in the Vida and Blue River areas, Highway 126 West between Mapleton and Noti, and Highway 36 near Greenleaf should use extreme caution and be prepared to maneuver around downed trees. Several trees on those highways have come down since 6 a.m. Friday morning, and continue to fall. Highways in Lane, Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties are very slick. ODOT advises drivers to use tire chains and drive to the slippery conditions.

Thursday 10:59 PM- ODOT Region 1: Highway 6 is closed from the city of Banks to the city of Tillamok. Icy road conditions are to blame for the road closure.ODOT crews will continue to monitor the road conditions. No estimated time when road will reopen,

ODOT Region 2: DETROIT – A multiple vehicle crash involving semi-trucks has closed Oregon 22 at mile post 42, nine miles west of Detroit. Possible fuel spillage may require extended closure. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.

2:59 PM Thursday- ODOT Region 5: Driving conditions extremely hazardous in Northeastern Oregon.

Driving conditions are very hazardous throughout most of north east Oregon, with Umatilla and Morrow county areas reporting heavy snow with limited visibility and extremely slick roads. ODOT is advising motorists to avoid travel if possible as conditions are expected to get worse and highways could close at any time.

4:30 PM Thursday- ODOT Region 5: I-84 Westbound lanes open between La Grande and Pendleton.

The Interstate 84 westbound lanes between La Grande and Pendleton are now open, however travel conditions are extremely hazardous with heavy snow fall throughout the area. Travelers are advised to stay home if possible and be prepared for severe winter travel conditions. UPDATE

The following C-TRAN routes will continue to operate on a snow route through Friday of this week: * #190 Marquam Hill will remain on snow route. * #41 Camas Washougal Limited will pick-up riders in Downtown Vancouver. Riders should take the Yellow line and transfer to the #4 Fourth Plain or #44 Fourth Plain Limited at Delta Park/Vanport Station. * #47 Battle Ground Limited will not serve Yacolt in the morning or evening. Riders should take the Yellow line and transfer to the #4 Fourth Plain or #44 Fourth Plain Limited at Delta Park/Vanport Station. All of C-TRAN's other service, including its Express routes with service from downtown Portland (except the #190) will be operating on regular service this afternoon and evening. If weather and road conditions worsen, additional route changes may become necessary.

#41 Camas Washougal Limited will take pick-up riders in Downtown Vancouver. Riders should take the MAX Yellow line to Delta Park/Vanport Station and transfer to the #4 Fourth Plain or #44 Fourth Plain Limited.

#47 Battle Ground Limited will not serve Yacolt in the morning or evening. The #47 will also pick-up riders in Downtown Vancouver. Riders should take the MAX Yellow line to Delta Park/Vanport Station and transfer to the #4 Fourth Plain or #44 Fourth Plain Limited.

Should weather and road conditions require chains on all vehicles, C-TRAN Express Routes which normally travel to downtown Portland, will instead travel only to the nearest TriMet Light Rail Station (LRT):

1) I-5 corridor – Express routes including the #105, 134, 157, 190 & 199 will connect with MAX Yellow line at Delta Park/Vanport LRT Station;

2) I-205 corridor – Express routes including the #164 & 177 will connect with MAX Red line at Parkrose/Sumner LRT Station.

Intel: Intel is open for normal operations. It is Intel's intent to remain open during all regularly scheduled workdays regardless of weather conditions. Nevertheless, employees should use their own good judgment and assess their personal situation with regards to travel safety to and from the work site.

All construction projects are proceeding as scheduled. Icy conditions have been noted on area roadways and in parking lots. Crews continue to apply sand and gravel on our campuses; however, please drive and walk carefully. UPDATE

Lancaster Mall: VACCINE CLINIC RESCHEDULED Lancaster Mall and the Marion County Health Department are partnering for one day only to provide flu vaccine and the tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine to the public on a first-come first-served, while supplies last. This clinic originally scheduled for Thursday, December 18th, 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. will now be held Thursday January 8th, 4:00pm-7:00pm in the Lancaster Mall conference room.

Spirit Mountain Casino: Shuttles - All routes canceled for the remainder of the week. The Coyote Claus Holiday drawing has been rescheduled for 12/30. The Ron White concert scheduled for 12/19 will be postponed to a later date.
