Shelters open in the Washington County area.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Extreme cold weather continues with snow/precipitation forecast for tomorrow. Dave Thompson with the Washington County Sheriff's Office says it is important to outreach to the homeless and advise them of these shelter sites.

Washington County has churches open in the five major cities - Beaverton, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Tigard and Tualatin.
