(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) - UPDATE 8-21-09: Andrew James Webb, the inmate who ran from Yamhill County Courthouse on Wednesday, is in custody in Multnomah County. Sheriff Crabtree stated, "I appreciate all individuals and agencies that assisted in the detention of this inmate." Webb was last seen in vehicle matching the description of a 1994 Green Honda Accord, with broken license plate cover, license plate TMZ836. Andrew James Webb has a clean shaven head per witnesses. Last seen in the metro area. If seen, do not approach, dial 9-1-1 and notify local authorities immediately. Yamhill County Jail inmate Andrew James Webb ran from Yamhill County Courthouse at 3:19 p.m. this afternoon while being medically transported back to the Jail. Deputies say 28-year old Andrew James Webb, is 6’1 approximately 185 lbs, has blue eyes and short brown hair. He has tattoos with across his upper chest and dragon tattoos which encompass his entire back, and was last seen in dark blue inmate clothing and may have handcuffs and bellychains. Just prior to his escape Webb was sentenced to 15 months consecutive time at the Yamhill County Jail and also had a Klickitat County, Washington hold pending. Yamhill County officials say Webb is considered dangerous and should not be approached by any Yamhill County citizens. If seen immediately contact 9-1-1 and report any information.
