His bail is set at $500,000 pending an appearance in Deschutes County Circuit Court. An OSP investigation that started February 20, 2008 led to Amonson being indicted by a Deschutes County Grand Jury. He is charged with 4 counts of Sodomy in the First Degree, 4 counts of of Incest, 8 counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree, 2 counts of Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the First Degree and 2 counts of Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree.
