Math Competition at McKay High This Weekend

(SALEM) - McKay High School will host the annual 24-Challenge Competition this Saturday this Saturday April 8th. The contest will begin at approximately 9:00 AM and will conclude with trophy and ribbon presentations by noon.

Around 175 Salem area fourth and fifth-graders will compete in the tournament with at least 125 McKay students facilitating the event.

McKay's Math Dept Chair Teresa Grindy, says it will be fun for all who are involved.

`It is a morning of excitement for these young mathematicians, and the McKay Mathematics Department would like to invite you to join us for the event. You may be surprised at the dedication and skill these students exhibit."
