Salem Attorney, Two Others, Arrested in Cocaine Bust

Westly Warner was also charged with distribution of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school due to his house being that close to Four Corners Elemenatary School.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Early Wednesday morning, the Salem Police Street Crimes Unit and the Drug Activity Response Team arrested three people for possession and distribution of cocaine after a week long investigation.

About one week ago detectives were contacted by a citizen who reported buying cocaine from a local attorney, Westly Warner.

The informant agreed to work with detectives and as a result of the investigation Warner was arrested along with his supplier, 30-year-old Rodney Sauseda, a transient, as well as a female, 23-year-old Heather Unwin of Salem.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for Warner's residence and as a result of the entire investigation a total of 37.2 grams of cocaine was seized.

All three suspects were lodged in the Marion County jail charged with possession and distribution of cocaine.
