(ALBANY, Ore.) - Linn County Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant for narcotics this morning in Albany. Sheriff Tim Mueller says his deputies were assisted by members of the Linn Drug Task Force, as they searched the residence at 3016 Grand Prairie Rd. SE, Albany.
Five suspects were arrested and investigators say Methamphetamine, scales, packaging materials, drug records, drug paraphernalia and stolen property were recovered..
31-year old Justin Dean Ross, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. He is being held in the Linn County Jail on $16,000 bail.
23-year old Kevin Lee Ankarberg was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and a Parole Violation. He is currently lodged in the Linn County Jail without bail on the Parole Violation.
30-year old Moriah Jaylene Rock was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and a Parole Violation. She is lodged in the Linn County Jail without bail on the Parole Violation.
32-year old Waylon Kent Peterson was arrested on a Linn County warrant for a Probation Violation on DUII and Driving While Suspended and is currently lodged in the Linn County Jail on $10,000 bail.
31-year old Maria Cerolyne Gillis was arrested on a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for Contempt of Court. She was booked in the Linn County Jail and released per the court.
