(SALEM) - The Salem Police Department Crime Prevention Unit will be holding a Spring Landlord Training Class on Saturday at the Salem Public Library's Loucks Auditorium.
The class will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will feature officers from the Salem Police Department and John Campbell from Campbell Delong Resources, Inc.
The Salem Police Department will instruct on common signs of drug activity, an overview of drugs and theirimpact on the community and keeping your property safe.
Mr. Campbell will instruct on landlord rights, screening, eviction and crisis management.
Mr. Campbell is a nationally recognized expert in the field of landlord relations and now directs the National Landlord Training Program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice.
The class is an excellent opportunity for all landlords looking to improve their properties.
Registration fees are $20 per person or $30 for a couple.
The costs go directly to the printing of reference material provided to all who attend and Mr. Campbell's presentation costs.
