Shooting leaves 6 dead in home, and child in vehicle injured with gunshot to chest.
(DELAVAN, WIS) - Six people have been found shot to death and a toddler injured at a house in southern Wisconsin.
Police in Delavan found the victims late Saturday night after getting a call of shots fired in the house.
Six people inside were dead, Delavan Police Chief Tim O'Neill said Sunday.
O'Neill told NBC that a small girl had also been found with gunshot wounds to the chest in a vehicle outside the home.
She was taken to the hospital where her condition was reported to be critical.
Delavan is about 45 miles southwest of Milwaukee and about 88 miles from Chicago.
O'Neill said detectives are trying to determine if the killings were part of a murder-suicide, or if police are looking for a gunman.
