(CORVALLIS, Ore.) - Corvallis police arrested a Corvallis man Tuesday night, for assaulting a former female co-worker at her home with a knife.
Corvallis police responded to the victims apartment in the 600 block of NW 18 street just after 10:00 PM.
An investigation revealed that 52-year-old Brian Shire entered the victims apartment through an unlocked front door.
After entering her apartment, Shire was told to leave but refused. He became increasingly more aggressive toward the victim and retrieved a knife from her kitchen. Responding officers located Shire inside the victim's residence and he was arrested without incident.
