A home in NE Salem was searched by Police Wednesday morning, and turned up Heroin, Cocaine and Methamphetamine- all with a kid in the house.
(SALEM) - A couple was taken into custody, and an eleven-year old child removed from their home Wednesday, March 15. The child`s placement in protective custody adds to the ever-increasing roll of children removed from their homes due to drugs.
Salem Police Department's Community Response Team and Salem SWAT served a search warrant at 3691 Michel Street NE at 6:00 AM, which led to the seizure of 2 grams of Methamphetamine, 13 grams of Cocaine, and 26 grams of Heroin.
43-year old Kim Leroy Keerins, of Salem, and 45-year old Jackie Lee Keerins, of Salem, are both being held on multiple Felony Possession charges, as well Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Child Neglect.
Further investigation led CRT Detectives to contact 33-year old Fernando Ramos Molina, of Dundee, where he was arrested for Possession, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Police also seized 16 grams of Cocaine and 42 grams of Heroin during this investigation.
